  They were so rude and incompetent that I didn't actually get to eat the pizza I'd ordered.
  I called in an order in advance and they confirmed the time it would be ready, but when I got there I was told "we didn't make your order.... but if you wait 15 min we could make a new pizza." When I explained that I had a fever and couldn't wait that long, the hostess didn't apologize for their mistake, just nonchalantly moved on with her other tasks. This irked me so I pushed for more info about my order. It turned out that they had messed up my order and my name, so actually there was a pizza waiting for me, one different from the one I ordered and by now probably lukewarm at best. They hadn't told me over the phone that they were cash-only (what kind of non-money laundering business is cash-only in 2018?) and I didn't have 100% of the cost in cash but only 75% of it. I said I could bring the remainder tomorrow - after all they've messed up my order, it's been sitting out so long it's no longer hot, and are charging me more for a pizza different from what I actually ordered. But they insisted that I go to the ATM, which I refused out of principle. It was 13F degrees outside and very windy, I had a fever and a need to go home, not the ATM, no matter it's location.
  
  Local and natural? Who cares, they totally lack decency and neighborly spirit.
